A large part of Scotland lives with slow, contended or weather-dependent connections. Because Majordomo runs its models locally, it is as fast in Lochaber as it is in Leith. Households on island or Highland connections can use the full assistant with only a trickle of bandwidth for mail and calendar sync.

Scotland's grid is among the cleanest in Europe, and a Majordomo draws around the same as two old light bulbs on a typical day. In a cold climate even the waste heat is useful: customers routinely put the machine in a study or hallway cupboard and notice the room is a little warmer.

- Yes. The Estate build is designed for several properties or a family office and handles contractors' invoices, leases, compliance dates and correspondence across them. Tell us about the setup in your request.
- What about Scottish legal and NHS documents?
- They stay on your encrypted disk. Majordomo can read, index and remind you about them, but never transmits them anywhere.
